The Chapter of Faith... In the Land of Tiger's Nest, Embraced by the Mountains

A morning of inspiration at Taktsang Monastery, also known as Tiger's Nest, begins with a journey to this extraordinary monastery perched on a steep cliff. It stands as a symbol of faith, defying gravity and time. Legend has it that Guru Rinpoche transformed into a Garuda, riding a tiger to this small cave atop the cliff to meditate and spread his teachings. The 2-kilometer path leading to Taktsang is filled with devotion, surrounded by the pure atmosphere of pine forests, and blessed by the breeze that provides strength to reach the destination. (If you wish to travel by horse, please inform the guide in advance.)
